If you see that the weather will be questionable AT ALL, whether it be light rain, steady rain, potential storms, please feel free to cancel. We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your rental! No money will be owed. 

We will stay in communication with you up until the morning of your rental, but if any questionable weather is going to potentially put a damper on things, there's always a better day to jump, laugh and play!

Canastota Jump & Play LLC reserves the right to cancel if winds are expected to exceed the manufacturer recommended guidelines for safe and secure set up, heavy rainfall is anticipated, or if temperatures will be below 40 degrees.

We understand, some things are out of your control. You are welcome to cancel your rental if your child gets sick. We want you to have 100% satisfaction with your rental! No money will be owed.

Full cash payment is due at the time of drop-off. (When the unit is delivered). Tax is included in the price. 

Please be sure the set-up space is level and clear of any debris, sharp objects or dog waste before the bounce house unit is delivered. Power must be within 100 feet of where you would like the unit to be set up.

Please NO Candy, Food, Drinks, Gum, Silly String or Body Paint inside the inflatable. Failure to comply could result in additional cleaning or damage fees.
