Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is FREE within 10 miles of our location, a small fee is charged for over 10 miles.
What time will deliveries and pick ups take place?
Times can vary. We will reach out to you a few days before your party or event and we will decide together what will work best for you and can be accommodated in our schedule. We will usually give you a 1 hour window of when we will arrive.
Does the inflatable have to be set up on grass?
Although grass is the most common, we can also set the inflatables up on concrete or asphalt, as long as the area is level and flat. Indoors is also an option if the ceiling height allows. We will ask you to confirm what type of surface it will be set up on so we can bring the proper equipment to hold it in place.
How often do you clean your bounce houses?
Inflatables are cleaned and sanitized after each rental.
Are extension cords included?
Yes, we will bring extension cords for the blowers, but there must be power to plug into within 100 feet of where you want the inflatable set up.
